Bitfinex to Discontinue Its P2P Marketplace Service

Following a strategic review, Bitfinex wishes to announce that it will close its P2P Marketplace Service.

From 19/03/2025, customers will no longer be able to post ads, execute new trades or create profiles.

The P2P Marketplace Service will also be removed from platform shortcuts. However, existing customers can still access their transaction history directly at p2p.bitfinex.com or through the Bitfinex Mobile App. 

On 26/03/2025, the P2P Marketplace Service will be fully decommissioned, and access via the web interface, mobile application and API will be discontinued.
