Temporary Suspension of AllianceBlock (ALBT) Trading and Deposits

Bitifnex has temporarily suspended trading and deposits of AllianceBlock (ALBT) due to an exploit on its Bonq DAO bridge in which approximately 110 million ALBT tokens have been accessed. 

AllianceBlock is currently working on a solution to compensate affected ALBT holders. AllianceBlock intends to take a snapshot of the network prior to the attack, then create new ALBT tokens and airdrop them. Any addresses that continue to trade ALBT after the snapshot will not receive the new token. For more information, please see their official Twitter announcement.

All ALBT active orders on Bitfinex will remain active and customers may cancel them at any point.

Bitfinex is closely monitoring the situation and will resume trading and deposits of ALBT as soon as the situation is deemed safe to do so. We will also share more information on the proposed ALBT airdrop as soon as we receive more information.
