1. Temporary suspension of selected payment methods

Effective Dec 30, 2025, the following payment methods provided via UAB OnlyChain Fintech Limited will be temporarily suspended for EEA users (except Malta) until further notice:

- Google Pay for One-Click Buy

- Apple Pay for One-Click Buy

2. Reason for service change

Due to changes in the applicable regulatory framework, the existing service arrangement between you and UAB OnlyChain Fintech Limited will be affected. We are in the process of designating new, fully regulated payment service partners to ensure long-term service stability and compliance.

3. Your seamless alternative: Transition to Bybit EU

Please be assured that your Euro (EUR) deposit and withdrawal services will continue without interruption. We have prepared a fully compliant alternative platform for you.

Starting Jul 1, 2025, all eligible European Economic Area (EEA) users can onboard via our fully licensed European platform at [www.bybit.eu](http://www.bybit.eu/).

To ensure a smooth transition, please follow these steps:

1. Visit & register: Go to www.bybit.eu and complete your account verification.

2. Download the dedicated app: Bybit EU operates on a separate application. Please download the Bybit EU App from the App Store or Google Play Store.

3. Log in & continue: Use your Bybit EU account credentials to log in. You will be able to continue depositing, withdrawing and trading with Euros (EUR).

This change only affects the specific payment channels listed above. Your ability to buy and sell cryptocurrencies using other available methods remains unaffected.
