3. In the event that the project team adjusts the conversion rate before delivery, the system will automatically make corresponding adjustments to update your order details.

4. On rare occasions, your completed orders may be canceled due to unforeseen circumstances. In such cases, all your funds will be automatically refunded to your original payment method to prevent any financial loss.

5. Once point orders are converted to regular orders, sellers must have the matching amount of tokens ready in their Unified Trading Account (UTA) by the delivery time. Buyers will receive the corresponding amount of tokens upon successful delivery. Note that the platform does not support converting points into tokens directly. Please avoid depositing points into your UTA.
