Updates to USDC-Perp ADL Logic

To better protect our users, Bybit will be updating the logic for automatic deleveraging (ADL) logic for USDC perpetual contracts from Sep 3, 2024.

Key Updates for ADL Logic:

ADL Queue Formula: The ADL queue formula has been updated, and will prioritize positions with higher profits and risks, with these factors resulting in a higher ranking in the ADL queue. We've introduced detailed rules for calculating risk based on your account type (non-UTA derivatives account or UTA). Display of ADL Ranking (For UTAs): Each position's ADL ranking will now be displayed on the position tab for UTA users. The [insurance fund](https://www.bybit.com/help-center/article/Insurance-Fund) serves to offset excess position losses beyond what the position margin can cover. The ADL will be triggered only when the insurance fund pool is insufficient to cover all excess losses incurred on the platform. The ADL ranking indicates the priority of which current positions will be selected as the target for ADL, when this is triggered. ADL ranking display is already available on non-UTAs, and this update serves to provide this feature to UTA users as well for a more coherent trading experience.

Automatic deleveraging (ADL) initiates automatic position reductions to mitigate overall risks when losses from forced liquidations on Bybit deplete the insurance fund pool, rendering it unable to cover excess losses. This measure is implemented only in extreme situations and is unlikely under normal conditions.
