We are looking for an experienced Country Manager (User Growth) to join our fast-paced Regional Marketing team. This role will manage and grow our Regional affiliates, Influencer partners and Community.

Responsibilities:

- Initiate and maintain relationships with affiliates and KOLs, onboarding and supporting them to drive Growth
- Structuring, managing and growing our Social & Community channels as appropriate to Market (i.e. Twitter, Telegram, Discord)
- Moderate local Forums, Social platforms and chat groups to interact with the Community and increase positive engagement
- Work with Global Marketing to localize relevant campaigns in service of User Growth
- Planning and execution of Online and some Offline Marketing activities, events, and campaigns to local audiences
- Monitor campaign progress and results using Data analysis and user feedback to ensure ever-improving efficacy and user experience

Requirements:
- Minimum 3 years experience in Affiliate Marketing, Partnerships or Community Marketing role
- Passionate for Crypto/Blockchain with in-depth knowledge on the Local Blockchain Community
- Experience in maintaining local Social Media and Community channels, including driving channel growth, creating engaging content, Data analysis and Community moderation.
- Experience in managing influencers, KOLs
- High sense of ownership, self-driven with innovative thinking
- Able to work under flexible and stretched hours to interact with the Crypto Community as and when required
- Strong communication and Relationship Management skills
- Strong Sales and Negotiation skills
- Driven and results-oriented
