Terms and Conditions

• The settlement asset for referral commission will match the asset used to pay the fee.
• All referral commissions, both for inviters and invitees, will be calculated and transferred to the respective CommEX accounts daily.
• Referral commission will be valid for 12 months from the date your referred users activate their accounts.
• Please note that CommEX reserves the right to cancel or amend the Standard Referral Program or Program Rules at its sole discretion.
• CommEX reserves the right to disqualify users who engage in dishonest or abusive activities to earn commissions, such as bulk-account registrations, usage of "phishing" websites with referral links, and other unlawful, fraudulent, or harmful purposes.
• It's important that all users adhere strictly to the CommEX Terms of Use. Any violation of these terms will result in disqualification from earning Standard Referral Commissions.
• CommEX retains the sole discretion to decide whether a user is entitled to earn any commission and may amend these Terms & Conditions as needed.
