Huobi Global will be openingSTARLY (Starly) spot trading (STARLY/USDT) at 10:40 (UTC) on Feb 17.

Opening Restriction:During the first 3 minutes after trading commences, Huobi Global will restrict the price for Limit Orders of STARLY to not more than 10 times the opening price. Normal trading will resume after the 3-minute opening price restriction.

Reminder: If there are no orders on the orderbook within 90% ~ 110% of the last price, all new Market orders placed for buying/selling will be canceled automatically to prevent slippage.
