Huobi to support VISION contract upgrade

Due to the VISION contract upgrades, We have already suspended the withdrawals and deposits of token VISION. They will be resumed upon completion of the upgrade.

VISION will operate on the BEP20 blockchain after the upgrade instead of the SOL blockchain.
