Voting Rules:

• Participants can obtain their voting power by holding HT or depositing POR/ARG.
• HT holdings snapshot covers the following accounts: Spot, Margin, and Huobi Earn. The HT holdings in users' subaccounts will be counted into their main accounts.
• Users are allocated voting power based on their daily average HT holdings over the past 3 days leading up to this activity. 1 HT = 1 Vote.
• Additionally, users are allocated voting power based on their deposit amounts of the corresponding cryptocurrency (PRO/ARG) for the duration from the deposit open time to the end of the voting period. The value of tokens deposited will be measured in HT for determining the corresponding voting power. Since 1 HT is equal to 1 vote, you can obtain 1 vote by depositing 1.75 POR or 1.19 ARG. The closing prices of POR/HT and ARG/HT at 16:00 (UTC) on Nov 9, 2022 shall be the conversion rates for calculating the voting power in this activity.
• Participants can use their voting power gained from holding HT and depositing project tokens.
• Once you give your first vote to one of the two projects, you cannot switch sides and vote for the other project.
• Every participant can cast up to 5,000 votes.
• The project that receives more votes at the end of the voting period will be prioritized to be listed on Huobi Global for trading.
• If both projects receive more than 500,000 votes, the winning token will be listed on Huobi for spot trading within 1 day after the voting period ends, and the other token will also be listed for spot trading within 3 days after the voting period ends, to reward their strong performance.
• The token that fails to secure 500,000 votes will not be eligible for listing on Huobi.

• The project that receives more votes shall be the winner.

• All participants who join the voting can split the prize pool based on the number of their votes in proportion to the total votes. The more you vote, the more rewards you stand to win.
• Individual vote share = Individual number of votes / Total number of votes received by the project *100%
• Individual reward = Individual vote share * Project Prize Pool
• The reward for an individual participant is capped at the upper limit specified in the table above.
• An individual participant can only vote for one project, and therefore can only share one prize pool.
• Rewards will be credited to participants' Spot accounts on Huobi Global within 7 working days after the end of the event.

• The rewards are issued in the form of tokens. The reward amount is subject to the actual amount credited to the winners' accounts.

Terms ＆ Conditions:

• Participants are required to complete the L1 ID (KYC) Verification.
• Due to local regulation policies, users from the following countries and regions are not eligible to participate in this event: Mainland China, the United States of America, Cuba, Iran, North Korea, Sudan, Syria, Singapore, and Venezuela.
• Huobi Global reserves the right to final interpretation of all aspects of the event and has the right to disqualify any participants who are found to be involved in any cheating behaviors.
