HTX to Support the IoTeX(IOTX)、Polkadot(DOT) and THORChain(RUNE) Network Upgrades

Dear HTX Users,

HTX will support the IoTeX(IOTX)、Polkadot(DOT) and THORChain(RUNE) Network Upgrades with the following plan:

HTX will suspend the deposit and withdrawal services for IOTX at 01:30:00(UTC) on November 4, 2025;

HTX will suspend the deposit and withdrawal services for DOT at 06:00:00 (UTC) on November 4, 2025;

HTX will suspend the deposit and withdrawal services for RUNE at 15:00:00 (UTC) on November 4, 2025;

You may deposit IOTX , DOT and RUNE in advance. We will handle all technical requirements involved for all users.

Please note:

● The IoTeX(IOTX) Network Upgrade will take place at block height of 41648761 (approximately at 03:45:07 (UTC) on november 4, 2025;The Polkadot(DOT) Network Upgrade will take place at block height of 28490502 approximately at 08:00:00 (UTC) on november 4, 2025;The THORChain(RUNE) Network Upgrade will take place at block height of 23540000 approximately at 17:00:00 (UTC) on november 4, 2025;

● The trading of IOTX , DOT and RUNE will not be affected during the network upgrades.

● The network upgrades will not result in creation of new tokens.

● HTX will resume deposits and withdrawals for IOTX , DOT and RUNE once we deem the upgraded network to be stable, which will not be further announced.
