Update on the Flow (FLOW) Network Incident

Dear HTX Users,

Following our previous notice regarding the security incident on the Flow (FLOW) network, HTX would like to provide the following update on the latest developments.

On December 27, 2025, the Flow network experienced abnormal transactions caused by a technical vulnerability. Upon becoming aware of the incident, HTX immediately activated its emergency response procedures and maintained close communication with ecosystem partners to monitor developments and coordinate response measures.

According to the latest information disclosed by the Flow team, the vulnerability has been fully patched, abnormal minted assets have been identified and addressed, and normal network operations have been restored. Based on publicly available information and current network conditions, the Flow network is now operating normally and ecosystem services have returned to stability.

Throughout the process, HTX worked closely with the Flow team to review the situation and verify the status of user assets. We can confirm that all FLOW assets held by users on HTX remain intact and fully validated.

At present, FLOW trading, deposits, and withdrawals on HTX are open and operating normally.

As the situation has now been fully resolved, our previous notice published on January 13 has been removed, as it no longer reflects HTX’s current assessment of the actions taken by the Flow team. This update follows the transparent and comprehensive post-incident report released by the Flow team, which addressed the information requested by HTX in our earlier notice.

HTX has always placed the security of user assets as its highest priority. We will continue to closely monitor supported networks and collaborate with ecosystem partners to ensure the safety and stability of user assets.
