Account Management Fee for Mainland China Users with Assets on Huobi Global

Dear Valued Users,

Huobi Global will complete the orderly retirement of Mainland China user accounts as of December 31, 2021. Mainland China users who still hold assets on the platform after February 15, 2022 will be charged account management fees as a customary practice. The fees will be given to Huobi Charity to serve the public good. The detailed arrangement is as follows:

• From February 1, 2022, a monthly snapshot of assets held by Mainland China users (total assets in all of their accounts on Huobi) will be taken at 16:00 (UTC) on the 15th day of the month. Subsequently, an account management fee will be charged automatically to these user accounts within 15 days according to the asset amount in the snapshot. 
• Account Management Fee by Month: 0.2%* Individual Asset Amount in the Monthly Snapshot. Due to limitations of the tick display size, account management fees for any single account of less than 1 USDT will be charged as 1 USDT.
• During the special period when the snapshot has been taken without fees being charged, the amount of account management fee will not be affected by the transfer of assets between parent accounts and sub-accounts. Fees will be charged to users' parent accounts first, or from any other sub-accounts that have sufficient assets for the deduction.
• If user accounts have an abnormal status when the account management fee is charged, Huobi Global will grant users a one-time fee exemption. 
• "Mainland China users" above refer to users certified as mainland China citizens on Huobi Global. Huobi Global will evaluate users who have not done ID Verification by their registered nationality. 
• Mainland China users are advised to withdraw their assets as soon as possible to be exempted from the account management fees.
