Invitees who complete all tasks during the event period are considered valid invitees.

Notes:

• The event is only open to retail users.
• Invitees need to log in to the Huobi app and perform trades.
• Prime membership level-up coupons will be distributed within 1 working day after invitees have completed the following tasks: sign up, deposit, and trade.
• Inviters can only check out the content of their rewards after invitees have completed the required tasks.
• Futures trial bonuses have a validity period. Please use them before the expiration date, or else they will be invalid.
• Sub-accounts cannot be used to participate in this event. Trading volume from sub-accounts will be counted towards their main account.
• Participants who are found to be involved in any fraudulent behavior, including but not limited to money laundering, manipulation of multiple accounts, and self-trading, will be disqualified. Huobi reserves the right to freeze such accounts, confiscate any fraudulent gains, and impose other penalties it deems necessary.
• Only trading volumes whose trading fees have been paid are counted in for this event. Trading volumes of stablecoins, trades with zero trading fees or negative fee rates, and trades involving the use of point cards or cashback vouchers are not included in the volume calculation for the purpose of this event.
• Inviters need to maintain a balance of at least 100 USDT in their USDT-margined futures accounts to be eligible to receive rewards.
• Rewards will be issued in the form of a futures trial bonus coupon. The futures trial bonus can be used to deduct or cover trading costs for USDT-M perpetual and delivery futures under the cross margin mode, including trading fees, funding fees, and position losses. The futures trial bonus cannot be transferred out of your USDT-M account. Unused trial bonus will be deducted if you transfer your assets out of your USDT-M account before using up the trial bonus.
• During the event, invitees who meet the requirements for the net deposit amount in their USDT-Margined futures accounts and futures trading volume are regarded as valid referrals. Net deposit amount = Total assets deposited to USDT-M futures account - Total assets withdrawn from USDT-M futures account during the event
• Effective trading volume excludes trades with trial bonus in any form.
• The deposit amount only includes virtual assets from on-chain deposits or fiat deposits and it excludes asset transfers within your Huobi accounts. Please note that only deposits to the USDT-M futures account will be included in the net deposit calculation for the purpose of this event.
