HTX to Suspend Deposit Service for Assets on HECO Chain

Dear HTX Users,

In response to the HECO chain's adjustment on operational strategies, HTX will cease its deposit service for assets on the HECO chain. This change will take effect for the first batch of cryptocurrencies on the HECO chain on April 30, 2024, at 16:00:00 (UTC).

If your deposits fail to be credited due to the closure of the deposit service, please contact our official customer service for assistance. Please note that HTX will no longer support any form of deposits for the following cryptocurrencies after July 30, 2024, at 15:59 (UTC). We kindly remind you to complete your desired deposits for the affected cryptocurrencies before the deadline.
