The campaign will run from 10:00:00 on April 11, 2022 to 10:00:00 on April 18, 2022 (UTC).

Activity 1: Deposit NHCT to KuCoin, Enjoy an NHCT Prize Pool Worth $5,000!

During the campaign period, the first 250 users who have an NHCT net deposit amount (deposits - withdrawals) of 500 NHCT will get $20 in NHCT each.

Limited to 250 spots. First come, first serve!

*The net deposit amount will be counted from the time the deposit function of NHCT opens on KuCoin at 09:00:00 on April 8, 2022 (UTC).

Activity 2: Trading Competition, Enjoy an NHCT Prize Pool Worth $30,000!

Users who have an NHCT trading amount (buys sells) that reaches 3,000 NHCT on KuCoin will be qualified to share an NHCT prize pool worth $30,000!

The rewards will be distributed as follows:

*The reward for the qualified users other than the top 30 winners = (Each user’s total trading amount / all qualified users other than the top 30 winners’ total trading amount) * $9,000 in NHCT.

Activity 3: NHCT and KuCoin Lucky Draw! Share an NHCT Prize Pool Worth $5,000!

During the campaign period, all users who have a trading amount (buys sells) of at least 1,000 NHCT and pass KYC1 will be qualified for the lucky draw.

KuCoin will randomly choose 250 lucky users. Each user will receive $20 in NHCT.

Note:

1. Net Deposit Amount = deposits - withdrawals;
2. Trading Amount = buys sells;
3. The quantity of rewards will be calculated based on the average closing price of NHCT/USDT during the campaign period;
4. The Sub-Accounts and Master Account will be treated as the same account when participating in the NHCT activity;
5. The top 30 Winners of the Activity 2 will not be eligible to receive the Activity 3 reward;
6. KuCoin will update the top 10 rankings of Activity 2 before 13:00 on April 16, 2022 (UTC). The final rankings will be updated within 5 working days of the campaign ending;
7. Rewards will be distributed within 7 working days of the campaign ending;
8. This activity is not related to Apple Inc;
9. The trading activity on the platform will undergo rigorous inspection during the activity. For any malicious acts conducted during the period, including malicious transaction manipulations, illegal bulk registration of accounts, self-dealing, etc., the platform will cancel the qualification of the participants. KuCoin reserves all rights to exercise at its sole discretion to define if the transaction behavior is counted as cheating behavior and determine whether to cancel the participation qualification of a user. The final decision made by KuCoin is with legal binding force to all participants who participated in the competition.
