How KuCoin Spotlight Works?

1. Fair Token Distribution Model: The new featured KuCoin Spotlight is based on the subscription mechanism. The more you subscribe, the more tokens you will receive.

2. Once you select your preferred commitment currency and make your first subscription, it cannot be changed. You may subscribe multiple times with the same currency until the hard cap is reached. Funds committed to the Spotlight event cannot be withdrawn or canceled during the subscription period.

3. Participants can calculate their token allocation according to the following formula: Token Allocation = Total Tokens Offered × (Committed Amount ÷ Total Committed Amount by All Users). Excess funds will be refunded in case of high demand.

4. Buyback Mechanism: If the market price of AKE falls below the initial subscription price of $0.0004 and remains at this lower level for more than 48 hours at any time within the 30 calendar days following the listing, KuCoin will initiate a buyback program for users' shares acquired through the subscription that have not yet made a profit and are eligible for buyback. For more details, please refer to the Spotlight tutorial in the Help Center.

5. If participants subscribe with KCS, the average KCS spot price during this period will be used as the reference price to calculate the conversion rate between KCS and AKE. The final conversion rate will be displayed on the subscription page after the subscription ends.

6. To participate in the Spotlight event, please use a master account and complete KYC/KYB verification promptly and sign the purchase agreement on the subscription page.

7.
