KuCoin Will Merge the LINK3L, FTM3L and XRP3L Leverage Tokens

Dear KuCoin Users,

To provide a better trading experience for our users, KuCoin will merge the shares of the leveraged tokens LINK3L, FTM3L and XRP3L.

The details are as follows:

1. Suspension of Subscription and Trading

We will suspend the subscription and trading of LINK3L/USDT at 12:00 on August 6, 2024 (UTC). The subscription and redemption orders that have already been applied will not be affected.

2. The Merger of Leveraged Token LINK3L

At 02:00 on August 7, 2024 (UTC), all existing trade orders will be canceled. We will then take a snapshot of the user's LINK3L balance and combine the LINK3L shares at a ratio of 100,000 LINK3L : 1 LINK3L.

It is expected that the merger of the leveraged token LINK3L will be completed at 05:00 on August 7, 2024 (UTC). If the merger is completed ahead of schedule, we will open the trading for LINK3L/USDT accordingly. The subscription and redemption functions for LINK3L will also be opened at this time.

3. Suspension of Subscription and Trading

We will suspend the subscription and trading of FTM3L/USDT at 12:00 on August 7, 2024 (UTC), The subscription and redemption orders that have already been applied will not be affected.

4. The Merger of Leveraged Token FTM3L

At 02:00 on August 8, 2024 (UTC), all existing trade orders will be canceled. We will then take a snapshot of the user's FTM3L balance and combine the FTM3L shares at a ratio of 100,000 FTM3L : 1 FTM3L.

It is expected that the merger of the leveraged token FTM3L will be completed at 05:00 on August 8, 2024 (UTC). If the merger is completed ahead of schedule, we will open the trading for FTM3L/USDT accordingly. The subscription and redemption functions for FTM3L will also be opened at this time.

5. Suspension of Subscription and Trading

We will suspend the subscription and trading of XRP3L/USDT at 12:00 on August 8, 2024 (UTC), The subscription and redemption orders that have already been applied will not be affected.

6. The Merger of Leveraged Token XRP3L

At 02:00 on August 9, 2024 (UTC), all existing trade orders will be canceled. We will then take a snapshot of the user's XRP3L balance and combine the XRP3L shares at a ratio of 100,000 XRP3L : 1 XRP3L.

It is expected that the merger of the leveraged token XRP3L will be completed at 05:00 on August 9, 2024 (UTC). If the merger is completed ahead of schedule, we will open the trading for XRP3L/USDT accordingly. The subscription and redemption functions for XRP3L will also be opened at this time.

Notes:

1. KuCoin is going to adjust the price increment unit (API symbol: PriceIncrement) of LINK3L/USDT , FTM3L/USDT and XRP3L/USDT after the merger.
