To optimize the service experience of the Fast Trade and bank transfer function and ensure the stable operation of related systems, KuCoin will conduct maintenance on partial services under Fast Trade and bank transfer. The specific arrangements are as follows:
Maintenance Time
- Start Time: 16:00 on December 31, 2025 (UTC)
- Estimated Restoration Time: To be announced via follow-up notifications.
Affected Services
During the maintenance period, the following Fast Trade and bank transfer-related services will be temporarily unavailable:
- Revolut Pay
- Blik
- Sell Crypto to Card Service
- Recurring Buy (Visa/MasterCard)
- Buy crypto with Instant Bank Transfer
- Deposit EUR using SEPA Open Banking
*The Recurring Buy feature: Only the fixed investment strategies of some users may be cancelled. If your fixed investment strategy is affected, simply reset a new one to resume normal use. Thank you!
Please note that all other payment methods on KuCoin remain fully operational. Users may continue to purchase cryptocurrencies using Visa/MasterCard, Fiat Balance, or through P2P trading. Bank Transfer (SEPA or PIX) remains available for both fiat deposits and withdrawals.
