Update on KuCoin Option Trading Services

Dear KuCoin Users,

Thank you for your long-term support and trust in our platform. To optimize our product service structure, we will officially delist Options Trading Services and close all options trading entry points on both the Web and App ends on January 15, 2026 (UTC).

After this time, you will no longer be able to perform any options-related trading operations. We are committed to ensuring a smooth and orderly delisting process, and the safety of your assets will be fully protected throughout the transition.

Key Timeline (UTC)	Main Action	Description
December 24, 2025	Discontinuation of new products expiring in January 2026 or later	The platform will cease offering new options products with expiry dates in January 2026 or later. Options expiring in December 2025 will remain available for normal trading.
January 15, 2026	Funds transfer from options accounts	All funds in the options account will be transferred back to the user's funding account.
January 15, 2026	Removal of trading access and services	All options trading entry points and related services on both the Web and App ends will be permanently closed.

Impact and Important Notes

Early Self-Transfer Recommended: We strongly advise you to proactively transfer assets out of your options account on or before 23:59 on January 14, 2026 (UTC).
Closure of Options Services: Starting from January 15, 2026 (UTC), you will no longer be able to perform any options-related trading operations via the App or Web.

We recommend that you closely monitor market trends and, in accordance with your personal investment strategy, properly manage any relevant positions well in advance of the service termination.
