IV. VIP Net Borrowing Tier

Core Mechanism

• VIP levels are determined by 30-day average daily net borrowing volume

• If a higher tier is reached, the system will automatically upgrade VIP level daily

• Users gain access to better fee rates and VIP privileges

Calculation Logic 30-day average daily net borrowing = Average daily off-exchange net borrowing (30 days) (Average daily margin net borrowing (30 days) × 0.2)

Where:

• Net borrowing = Total borrowing − Total repayment

• Margin borrowing is weighted at 20%

• Off-exchange borrowing is weighted at 100%

Operational Rules

• Daily snapshot at 23:59:59 (UTC 8)

• VIP level updated at 08:00 (UTC 8) the next day

• Calculated in USDT equivalent

VIP Tier Priority

• A user’s VIP level is determined by the highest tier achieved across all qualification paths

• Higher tiers from trading volume or other VIP programs take precedence

• Net Borrowing VIP will not override a higher existing VIP level
