KuCoin Will Be Migrating the IOTX Mainnet Deposit Address

Dear KuCoin Users,

KuCoin now supports the 0x address format for $IOTX deposits and withdrawals. To provide you with better efficiency and fund security, KuCoin will update all eligible users’ wallet addresses for the IOTX Mainnet.

The arrangements are as follows: KuCoin will update the deposit addresses of IOTX Mainnet at 02:00 on January 28, 2026 (UTC).

We strongly recommend that all affected users acquire a new address after the upgrade. If you accidentally deposit your funds into expired addresses after the migration date, please contact the support team for manual deposit crediting.

Note:
1. Deposits made into expired deposit addresses will not be automatically credited.
2. Users may log into their KuCoin accounts and open the deposit page to obtain a new deposit address.
