KuCoin Will Support the Token Merger of SingularityDAO (SDAO) and Singularity Finance (SFI)

Dear KuCoin Users,

KuCoin will support the token merger of SingularityDAO (SDAO) into Singularity Finance (SFI). We will complete the SDAO to SFI token migration automatically for SDAO holders on KuCoin.

The arrangements are as follows:

1. The deposit service of SDAO will remain closed, and the withdrawal service as well as the trading service of SDAO/USDT and SDAO/ETH trading pairs will be closed at 07:00:00 on February 5, 2025 (UTC).

2. KuCoin Trading Bot will automatically stop the running bots of SDAO/USDT and SDAO/ETH at 06:45:00 on February 5, 2025 (UTC), including Spot Grid, Infinity Grid, DCA, Spot Martingale, and AI Spot Trend. The above-mentioned trading pair held by the Smart Rebalance bots will be transferred to the user's trading account. Please dispose of the relevant assets in a timely manner.

3. To complete the swap, KuCoin will take snapshots of users’ SDAO assets at 12:00:00 on February 5, 2025 (UTC). After the snapshot, we will convert SDAO to SFI at a ratio of: 1 SDAO = 1 SFI

Please note:

1. Minimum holding for eligibility: 7 SDAO

2. The snapshots will include SDAO balances in Spot accounts (Main Account Trading Account).

3. SDAO tokens that were in pending deposit or withdrawal at the time of the snapshots will NOT be counted towards your balance.

4. After the swap is completed, the SDAO tokens will NO longer be supported on KuCoin.
