KuCoin Will Support the Token Swap of Huobi Token (HT) to HTX DAO (HTX）

Dear KuCoin Users,

KuCoin will support the token swap of the HT token to the HTX token. We will complete the HT to the HTX token swap automatically for HTX holders on KuCoin.

The arrangements are as follows:

1.The deposit and withdrawal service for HT will remain closed.

2.To complete the swap, KuCoin will take snapshots of users’ HT assets at 16:00:00 on February 28, 2024 (UTC). After the snapshot, we will convert the HT to the HTX.

Related follow-ups to this subject will be announced separately as soon as possible.

Please note:

1. Minimum holding for eligibility: 0.86 HT;

2. The snapshots will include HT balances in Spot accounts (Main Account Trading Account).

3. HT tokens that were in pending deposit or withdrawal at the time of the snapshots will not be counted towards your HT balance.

4. After the swap is completed, the HT token will no longer be supported on KuCoin.
