KuCoin Will Support the Token Swap of PARSIQ (PRQ) to Reactive Network (REACT)

Dear KuCoin Users,

KuCoin will support the token swap of PARSIQ (PRQ) to Reactive Network (REACT), the PRQ to REACT token swap will automatically be complete for PRQ holders on KuCoin.

The arrangements are as follows:

1. The deposit and withdrawal services of PRQ will be closed at 06:30:00 on February 19, 2025 (UTC);

2. KuCoinTrading Bot will automatically stop the running bot of PRQ/USDT at 06:45:00 on February 19, 2025 (UTC), including Spot Grid, Infinity Grid, DCA, Spot Martingale, and AI Spot Trend. The above-mentioned trading pair held by the Smart Rebalance bots will be transferred to the user's trading account. Please dispose of the relevant assets in a timely manner;

3. The trading service of the PRQ/USDT trading pair, will be closed at 07:00:00 on February 19, 2025 (UTC);

4. To complete the swap, KuCoin will take snapshots of users’ PRQ assets at 12:00:00 on February 19, 2025 (UTC). After the snapshot, we will convert PRQ to REACT at a ratio of: 1 PRQ = 1 REACT.

Please note:

1. Minimum holding for eligibility: 5 PRQ

2. The snapshots will include PRQ balances in Spot accounts (Main Account Trading Account).

3. PRQ tokens that were in pending deposit or withdrawal at the time of the snapshots will NOT be counted towards your balance.

4. After the swap is completed, the PRQ tokens will NO longer be supported on KuCoin.
