(2) Must provide a 6-month bank statement.

(3) Must deposit 5,000 USDT as a safety deposit.

(4) Must have a history of compliance with the merchant regulations with no serious order disputes or user complaints.

Note: The platform has the right to take punitive measures such as removing merchant privileges, freezing safety deposits, and permanent banning of any merchant who violates the merchant regulations.

4. Gold Merchant Application Requirements

(1) Must be a verified merchant for at least a month.

(2) Must accumulate a monthly trading volume of more than 10,000 USDT.

(3) Must accumulate over 200 monthly orders.

(4) Must have a monthly order success rate over 80%.

(5) Must have a history of compliance with the merchant regulations with no serious order disputes or user complaints.

Note: At the beginning of every month, the platform will provide VIP upgrades for qualified merchants according to their last monthly data. If merchants already enjoying one-to-one Telegram community services fail to meet the VIP requirements according to their last monthly data, the one-to-one services will be cancelled within 3 business days.
