Pool 1: For New Users: Deposit & Trade NODE on KuCoin toShare a 70,000 NODE  Prize Pool!

During the campaign period, newly registered KuCoin users who complete the following tasks will be eligible to share a total of 70,000 NODE on a first-come, first-served basis. Each user can participate in this activity only once.

Task 1: Accumulate a net deposit amount (deposits - withdrawals) of at least 2,000 NODE.

Task 2: Accumulate an NODE Spot trading volume (trading amount × price) of at least $500 on KuCoin.

Pool 2: For All Users: Trade NODE on KuCoin to Share a 90,000 NODE Prize Pool!

During the campaign period, all KuCoin users who accumulate an NODE Spot trading volume (trading amount × price) of at least $1,000 on KuCoin will be eligible to share a total of 90,000 NODE.

Final rewards will be calculated based on the formula:(Your Net Trading Volume × Boost Multiplier ÷ Total Trading Volume of All Participants) × 90,000 NODE.

Additionally, participants who invite new users to register KuCoin will get bonus rewards based on the number of successful invitations.

Terms & Conditions:

1. New User Exclusive Pool rewards will be distributed in strict chronological order based on task completion time, with earlier completers receiving priority allocation;

2. Regular Prize Pool rewards will be calculated according to the following formula: (Your Trading Volume × Invite Boost Multiplier) ÷ Total Boosted Volume × NODE Pool Size;

3. For invitation bonuses in the Regular Prize Pool, a qualifying "new user" refers to one who: (1) registers a new KuCoin account during the event period, and (2) completes full KYC verification;

4. Institutional accounts and market makers are not eligible to participate in this event;

5. In case of any discrepancy between the translated version and the English original version, the English version shall prevail;

6. The behavior of maliciously taking rewards will result in the cancellation of rewards. KuCoin reserves the final right to interpret these terms and conditions, including but not limited to the modification, change, or cancellation of the activity, without further notice. Activity 2: Affiliate Exclusive: Invite Users to Trade and Share a 35,000 NODE Prize Pool!

⏰Campaign Period:  From 08:00 on July 07, 2025 to 08:00 on July 14, 2025 (UTC)

Pool 1: Invite New Users to Trade NODE & Share a 10,000 NODE Prize Pool!

During the campaign period, existing affiliates can earn 20 NODE for every qualified new users invited who complete all three tasks ,on a first-come, first-served basis:

Task 1: Complete Registration;
Task 2: Complete KYC verification;
Task 3: Accumulate an NODE Spot trading volume (trading amount x price) of at least $200 on KuCoin.

Additionally, newly invited users will be eligible to earn 33 NODE upon completing all three tasks.
Note: Once the prize pool has been depleted, the activity will end.

Pool 2：Invitees’ Trading Leaderboard, Share a 25,000 NODE Prize Pool!

During the campaign period, invitees (including existing and new invitees) who complete the following tasks on KuCoin will stand a chance to share a 25,000 NODE prize pool!

Task 1: Accumulate an NODE Spot trading volume (trading amount x price) of at least $200 on KuCoin.

Task 2: Complete their first trade.

Task 3: Accumulate a total Spot trading volume (trading amount x price) of at least $10,000 in all tokens.

Note: Invitees’ rewards are proportional to their Spot trading volume during the campaign period, and the maximum reward is half of this prize pool.

2. Rewards will be distributed on a first-come, first-served basis if the allocated rewards exceed the total volume of the prize pool;

3. Once you join the event, we'll track your participation by tallying the trading volumes of both your existing referrals and new invitees on KuCoin. Rewards will be distributed to your KuCoin account within 30 business days after the event ends;

4. If there are other concurrent events of the same type (such as registration, deposit, trading, or sharing), rewards will only be issued based on the affiliate's first-time registration and participation in the specific event;
