We sincerely recommend you to update KuCoin app to the latest version and turn on the push notification. To avoid losses, please make sure that information of KuCoin is from our official announcements, emails and push notifications on both the official website and app. To prevent criminals from cheating in KuCoin's name, KuCoin launched Official Media Verification https://www.kucoin.com/cert/ for users to verify whether the phone number, WeChat account, website, SMS, etc. are from KuCoin.
