MEXC Will Conduct an Upgrade on the Futures Copy Trade System (August 12)

Dear MEXCers,

In order to provide a better futures copy trading experience, MEXC's Futures Copy Trade will undergo a system upgrade and maintenance on August 12, 2023, from 00:30 to 01:30 (UTC). The upgrade is estimated to take 1 hour.

During the upgrade period, the Copy Trade feature may not be working normally. If you encounter any issues, the maximum expected downtime should not exceed 2 minutes. We recommend trying again after 2 minutes. Please keep an eye on your copy trade positions. We apologize for any inconvenience this may cause.
During the upgrade, in cases where a trader has closed their position but their followers have not, followers can manually close their positions within 2 hours after the system upgrade is completed. If the positions are not closed after 2 hours, the system will close them at the market price. Please monitor your orders closely during the upgrade (you can check your current copy trade orders on the Copy Trade homepage - [My Copy Trades]).
Possible asset impacts during the upgrade: 1. Failure to query copy trade assets and total assets on the website. 2. Failure to query total assets on the app.
Features such as crypto buying, spot trading, futures trading, ETF trading, deposits, withdrawals, and transfers will not be affected.

After the relevant upgrade work is completed, we will make an announcement as soon as possible. We apologize for any inconvenience this may cause.

If significant market fluctuations occur before the upgrade, the platform will postpone the upgrade based on market conditions and announce any postponement accordingly. Please refer to the announcements on the official website for the latest information.
