When depositing ETH, copy your deposit address, and go to https://etherscan.io to check the number of block confirmations, ETH, and ERC20 tokens. Your top-up will be credited when 10 block confirmations are generated.

Since block scanning takes time, your deposit will be credited within 5 minutes after 10 blocks are generated. If you did not receive your deposit half an hour after 10 blocks are generated, please contact our Customer Care and we will solve it for you.

When depositing BTC, you can copy your address to https://btc.com to check the number of block confirmations. Your deposit will be credited when 2 block confirmations are generated.

Since block scanning takes time, your deposit will be credited within 5 minutes after 2 blocks are generated. If you did not receive your deposit half an hour after 2 blocks are generated, please contact our Customer Care and we will solve it for you.
