UPEX was founded in 2018, it's a digital assets platform specially designed for the Middle East market. Its core members are from the Huobi. It has obtained a legal license for cryptocurrency exchange issued by the Bahrain government. Under the supervision of the local central bank, it supports the legal deposit and withdrawal of the US dollar.
