Binance will list Liquity (LQTY) in the Innovation Zone and will open trading for these spot trading pairs at 2023-02-28 11:00 (UTC):

Users can now start depositing LQTY in preparation for trading
Withdrawals for LQTY will open at 2023-03-01 11:00 (UTC)

What is Liquity (LQTY)?

Liquity is a decentralized borrowing platform that accepts ETH as collateral and lends LUSD, a stablecoin. LQTY is the utility token for functions such as staking and liquidity mining.
