NEVM Registry for Sentry Nodes – Enabling decentralized sequencing, AI-driven execution, and 'Based' rollups.
Forced Inclusion of Chainlocks per Epoch – Strengthening trustless cross-chain interoperability, ZK verification, and Bitcoin integration via BitVM.
Dynamic Governance – Adaptive funding mechanisms that ensure sustainability and efficiency in treasury allocations.
