About USD.AI

USD.AI is a synthetic dollar protocol that links capital based on AI infrastructure assets such as GPUs, aiming for a financial structure based on the cash flow of the assets themselves rather than traditional credit assessments. Through CALIBER, an asset tokenization framework designed to securely and efficiently connect real-world assets like GPUs to on-chain finance, it makes the legal ownership and collateral rights of real-world assets enforceable on-chain, thereby converting GPUs into investable collateral assets. Depositors participate in the returns generated by the infrastructure through a dual-token structure consisting of USDai, a synthetic dollar with a full collateral structure, and sUSDai, which can be converted by staking USDai. Additionally, the QEV mechanism efficiently manages the redemption process of illiquid assets on a market basis. The virtual asset CHIP is used for governance participation and staking purposes.
