AAX Scheduled System Maintenance – 13 September, 2022

To provide better service and improve user trading experience, AAX will undergo a system regular maintenance at 16:30 (UTC) on September 13, 2022, service will resume in 3 hours approximately.

Maintenance start time:

Spot Trading : 16:30 (UTC) on September 13, 2022

Futures Trading : 16:30 (UTC) on September 13, 2022

Please note

1. During the maintenance, the spot trading, the futures trading, the margin trading, the battle trading and Convert functions will be suspended.

2. The new version of the wallet account upgrade will be carried out at the same time during this maintenance, the wallet function and balance display will be affected, services such as deposit and withdrawal, internal transfer, transfer, fiat currency trading, subscription of savings and staking will be suspended. Please note: During the maintenance period, user assets will not be affected.

3. Due to the savings optimization in this maintenance, two flexible savings settlements will be triggered in advance successively after the maintenance begins. The settlement schedule is as follows.

● The first interest settlement will be triggered at 16:30 (UTC) on September13, 2022, i.e.: Settlement of interest on flexible savings held during the period of September 13, 2022 at 00:00 - September 13, 2022 at 16:30 (UTC).

● The second interest settlement will be triggered at 00:00 (UTC) on September14, 2022, i.e.: Settlement of interest on flexible savings held during the period of September 13, 2022 at 16:30 - September 14, 2022 at 00:00 (UTC).

4. After this maintenance, Tick Size of BTCUSDT (i.e. the minimum value of unit price change) will be adjusted from 0.01 to 0.1; Tick Size of BTCUSDTFP futures trading pairs will be adjusted from 0.01 to 0.5. Users can cancel the BTCUSDT spot orders and BTCUSDTFP futures orders by themselves prior to the maintenance. If not, the system will automatically cancel the orders. Please refer to the announcement for details of the adjustment.

5. Due to the long maintenance time, in order to avoid liquidation caused by large market fluctuations during the maintenance, please close the position before the system maintenance starts if necessary.

6. GTC orders and trigger orders are stored in our system and will remain valid once the transaction is restored. If necessary, please cancel your order before maintenance. Please note: BTCUSDT spot and BTCUSDTFP futures orders will not be stored by the system for this maintenance, and the system will automatically cancel the pending orders if the user does not cancel them by himself.

7. Users can adjust the leverage and margin 15 minutes before the end of the maintenance.
