Announcement Regarding BigONE Security Incident on 16 July 2025

On 16 July 2025, BigONE detected abnormal asset transfers on the platform. After a preliminary investigation, we confirmed that the incident was caused by a third-party attack. To protect user assets, we have immediately taken the following actions:

1. Temporarily suspended all deposits, withdrawals, and trading activities.

2. Activated our emergency security response protocol and launched a full investigation.

3. Identified that the affected assets involve certain tokens from our hot wallet, including some major and alternative cryptocurrencies, however, all wallet private keys remain secure.

4. We are working to restore deposit, withdrawal and trading services as soon as possible.

Please be assured that BigONE will fully cover any losses resulting from this incident. We are committed to maintaining transparency and will provide regular updates on the progress and outcomes of the investigation.
