Announcement on System Upgrade Maintenance (2025/11/18)

Dear BigONE users,

We are currently undergoing a system maintenance, the estimated maintenance time is 1 hour. The scope of this maintenance includes spot trading, margin trading, leveraged ETF trading, liquidity mining, quantitative strategies, and transfers related to spot and margin accounts.

After the maintenance is completed, we will inform you with an official announcement, and reserve 15 minutes for order cancellation. After 15 minutes, all system services will be officially opened. All matters are subject to the official announcement.

During the maintenance period, your assets will be well secure.
