Dear BigONE users,
Due to routine maintenance by our service provider, BigONE Card will be temporarily suspending transaction services.
During the maintenance period, all Card transactions will be temporarily unavailable. No fees will be charged for transaction failures caused by maintenance.
Service is expected to resume on 26 March 2026 at 12:00 (GMT 8), no further action is required.
We sincerely apologize for any inconvenience caused during the maintenance period.
