CLV & GNO on Isolated Margin, Updates to Isolated Trading Pairs Limit & API Settings

Fellow Binancians,

Binance has added CLV and GNOas new isolated margin borrowable assets, and has enabled isolated margin trading for new margin pairs: CLV/USDT, CLV/BUSD, CLV/BTC, GNO/USDT, GNO/BUSD, GNO/BTC.

Updates to Maximum Isolated Trading Pairs Limit

We have adjusted the maximum number of trading pairs you can trade based on the Binance VIP tiers, details are as follows:

Updates to Endpoints For Enabled Isolated Margin Account Limit

New endpoints added for enabled isolated margin account limit:
- DELETE /sapi/v1/margin/isolated/account to disable isolated margin account for a specific symbol
- POST /sapi/v1/margin/isolated/account to enable isolated margin account for a specific symbol
- GET /sapi/v1/margin/isolated/accountLimit to query enabled isolated margin account limit
New field "enalbed" in response of GET /sapi/v1/margin/isolated/account to check if the isolated margin account is enabled
