Binance Encourages Users to Convert RUB to Other Currencies Before January 31, 2024

Fellow Binancians,

Following the decision to exit Russia through a sale to CommEX, Binance will discontinue all Russian Ruble (RUB) services as per the timeline below.

Users are encouraged to trade their RUB assets into other available assets on Binance, convert RUB into crypto on Binance Convert, or withdraw RUB via our fiat partners prior tothe discontinuation of these RUB services. 

From 2024-02-01 08:00 (UTC), any remaining RUB balances in users’ Binance accounts will be automatically converted to FDUSD based on the real-time exchange rate on xe.com. 

Spot:

• Binance will delist all existing RUB spot trading pairs (i.e., BTC/RUB and USDT/RUB)  at 2024-01-30 08:00 (UTC).

• All open spot orders with respect to the above trading pairs will automatically be closed when trading ceases in the relevant trading pair.

Convert:

• Binance Convert will delist all RUB trading pairs at 2024-01-30 07:00 (UTC).

Pay:

• Binance Pay will remove RUB from the list of supported fiat currencies at 2024-01-30 08:00 (UTC).

Fiat:

• Withdrawals for RUB will be available until 2024-01-31 00:00 (UTC) as announced here. 

• Binance Fiat will cease supporting RUB on the Buy Crypto and Sell Crypto services at 2024-01-30 07:00 (UTC).

P2P:

• Binance P2P will delist all RUB trading pairs at 2024-01-31 00:00 (UTC). Refer to this announcementfor more information.
