Tiered APR Structure Upgrade for BCH, STEPN (GMT), SAND & SOL on Flexible Savings

Binance has upgraded the APRs for BCH, STEPN (GMT), SAND and SOL on Flexible Savings to a tiered APR structure.
The APRs of BCH, STEPN (GMT), SAND and SOL will be adjusted according to the following table:

Notes：
- APR is subject to change on a daily basis.
- Subscriptions will close on a certain product once the maximum limit is reached.
