Bitfinex to Discontinue Support for Tether (USDt) Tokens for EOS and Algorand
In line with our commitment to delivering the best trading experience, Bitfinex is discontinuing support for Tether (USDt) tokens on the EOS and Algorand blockchains.
Withdrawals are now closed as of 26/06/2024 at 5:00 AM UTC. Deposits will remain open for the next 12 months from the date of this announcement.
Customers can continue depositing Tether (USDt) tokens on these three chains and swap them to any of the other 13 USDt-supported blockchains on Bitfinex, which include Ethereum, Tron, Liquid, Solana, Polygon, Polygon zkEVM, Cosmos, Avalanche, Tezos, Polkadot, CELO, TON and Near.
