Bitfinex Signs MOU with Komainu Connect

We are pleased to announce a memorandum of understanding to explore a strategic integration with Komainu Connect, a regulated digital asset custody service. The integration is expected to allow institutions and sophisticated investors to leverage Bitfinex's deep liquidity and advanced trading features while maintaining the security of their assets in a separate, regulated custody environment. This collaboration is enabled by Ledger Enterprise’s off-exchange trading and settlement technology, Ledger Tradelink™, which enables institutional customers to trade through the Bitfinex platform.

The intended collaboration would be the latest remote custodian solution offered by Bitfinex, and follows similar arrangements it has with Zodia Custody and Copper, which have both proved popular with institutional customers.
