Important Update: Discontinuation of MT4 and Transition to MT5

To enhance your trading experience and provide access to improved features, Bybit will be discontinuing its MT4 service and transitioning to MT5. Bybit's MT5 platform will go live on Jul 30, 2024, offering a broader range of trading products, including Forex, CFDs, and cryptocurrencies.

Key Dates and Actions for the Transition:

Effective Immediately:

• New registrations for MT4 Accounts are no longer accepted.

From Jun 18, 2024, 8AM UTC:

• New deposits into existing MT4 Accounts will no longer be accepted.

From Jun 20, 2024, 8AM UTC:

• All contracts on the MT4 platform will be available in reduce-only mode. You will be able to reduce or close your open positions but will not be able to open new ones or add to existing positions.

By Jun 25, 2024, 8AM UTC:

• All open positions on the MT4 platform must be closed. If you do not close them manually, any open positions will be automatically closed at the market price.

• All active orders on the MT4 platform must be canceled. If you do not cancel them manually, any active orders will be automatically canceled.

On Jun 27, 2024, 8AM UTC:

• All funds in the MT4 Account will be automatically transferred to your Funding Account. Please ensure your account details are up to date.

Note:

• Any open positions after the deadlines mentioned above will be closed at the market price. Please note that market orders are subject to slippage.

• The process may start early if there is a high volume of positions to close.

• We highly recommend managing your positions as early as possible.
