Delisting of BOND and POLS From the Crypto.com Exchange

Please be informed that BarnBridge (BOND) and Polkastarter (POLS) will no longer be supported in the Crypto.com Exchange, and will be delisted from the Exchange on 12 July 2024 at 07:00 UTC. As a result, trades, deposits, and withdrawals of BOND and POLS will be suspended in the Exchange on 12 July 2024, 07:00 UTC, and will no longer be supported. All open BOND and POLS orders for Spot trading will be closed on 12 July, 07:00 UTC. 

Please review your BOND and POLS balances immediately and take any necessary action (eg. withdrawal) before the effective date. Any remaining BOND and POLS balances in your Crypto.com Exchange account after this date will be automatically converted to USDC and USD bundle respectively.

Please note that the conversion rate for BOND and POLS to USDC and USD bundle after the delisting date will be reasonably determined by Crypto.com with reference to real-time market rates at the time of conversion.

Kindly take the necessary steps to sell or withdraw your BOND and POLS by this date. You may incur a retrieval fee if deposits of BOND and POLS are made after 12 July. Additionally, fund retrieval may not be possible in some cases.

Users with active trading bots for these tokens are encouraged to terminate their bot(s) before 12 July to prevent a disruption in trading. Your bot(s) will be terminated on your behalf if you do not do so by the aforementioned date.
