Gate Learn Offered Comprehensive Financial Literacy and Blockchain Education Program at İstanbul Ticaret University

Gate Learn has successfully completed a six-hour program on Financial Literacy and Blockchain Education in collaboration with Istanbul Ticaret University, on 31 March 2023.

The program aimed to provide participants with a comprehensive understanding of basic financial literacy principles, blockchain technology, and cryptocurrency. The program covered a wide range of topics, including budgeting, saving, investing, the history and development of blockchain, different types of cryptocurrencies, and blockchain security.

The program featured a team of experienced instructors, including Temir Gökalp and Sevcan Dedeoğlu from Gate.io, Tansel Kaya, CEO of Mindstone Blockchain, Nurullah Dündar, a lecturer at Medipol University, and Tahir Elkoca and The Captain as Influencers. Participants were able to learn from their expertise in the fields of financial literacy and blockchain technology.

In addition to theoretical knowledge, the program also included practical exercises that allowed participants to apply their new skills to real-world scenarios. The program culminated in an exploration of regulatory frameworks and compliance requirements surrounding blockchain and cryptocurrencies, including tax practices and KYC/AML requirements.
