Gate Web3 is thrilled to announce the successful conclusion of its latest student-exclusive event, "Gate Web3 - Empowering GenZ in Web3." This educational and philanthropic event took place on 28 October 2023, from 1:00 PM to 4:30 PM at the University of Economics and Law, in Ho Chi Minh City, Vietnam.

The event aims to empower the next generation, particularly Generation Z, with knowledge and opportunities in the rapidly evolving world of Web3 technology. Attendees gained valuable insights into the revolutionary concept of Web3 and why it is poised to become the leading technology of the future. Moreover, experts provided guidance on essential skill sets, where to begin, and how to forge a successful career path in this dynamic field.

Gate Web3 is committed to supporting disadvantaged students by offering scholarships to those in need of financial assistance for tuition fees and living expenses. Keynote speaker Ms. Mai Ngo, SEA Regional Manager of Gate.io, delivered an inspiring address during the event.

The event also featured a panel discussion with industry experts, including Ms. Mai Ngo, Mr. Tuan Anh from BSCS, and Mr. Dao Tien Phong, Managing Lawyer from Investpush Legal, who shared valuable insights on career opportunities in blockchain technology. Attendees had the opportunity to engage in a meaningful conversation with these experts, gaining valuable knowledge and guidance.

In addition to informative sessions, Gate Web3 and Gate Charity also awarded scholarships during the event. 15 scholarships will be given to disadvantaged students with outstanding academic performance, each valued at 1,000,000 VND.

The event expect to invite approximately 100 students from the FTC University and lecturers. The event will also feature a substantial online presence, with an expected online traffic of 50,000 viewers.
