Gate.io Supports Origin Dollar Governance (OGV) Migration to Origin Protocol (OGN)

According to the Origin Dollar Governance (OGV) project team, Origin Dollar Governance (OGV) tokens will be migrated to Origin Protocol (OGN) at a ratio of 1 OGV : 0.09137 OGN. Gate.io will support this migration and provide seamless token swap services for users. If you currently hold OGV on Gate.io, no action is required on your part.

Details:

1. Starting from October 28, 2024, 03:00 UTC, Gate.io will suspend the deposit, withdrawal, and trading services for Origin Dollar Governance (OGV), including OGV_USDT spot trading pair and quant grid trading.
2. Users who have in-progress Origin Dollar Governance (OGV) quant grid trading should adjust your trading strategies beforehand. Otherwise, the trades will be terminated automatically before October 28, 2024, 03:00 UTC.

Please note that the Origin Protocol (OGN) contract poses risks such as the ability to burn tokens from any address, unlimited token minting, and contract suspension. After the migration is completed, the market for OGN may experience significant volatility. Users are therefore encouraged to be highly aware of associated risks and exercise caution. Additionally, Gate.io will no longer support the Origin Dollar Governance (OGV).
