Gate.io to Delist Custodiy (CTY)

Due to specific requests from the project team, Gate.io temporarily suspended deposit services for Custodiy (CTY). However, the project team has recently made new requests that contradict the reasons for the previous suspension. After evaluating the associated risks, Gate.io has decided to delist the Custodiy (CTY) trading market, including the CTY_USDT spot trading pair and quant grid trading. After the delisting, Gate.io will continue to provide a one-month withdrawal service for CTY tokens. Please note that this project carries Fee_Setting risks, and transfer fees may change at any time.

Details:

1. Gate.io has suspended the deposit services for Custodiy (CTY).
2. Gate.io will suspend the trading services for Custodiy (CTY), including CTY_USDT spot trading pair and quant grid trading, at 02:00 UTC on December 19, 2024.
3. Users with ongoing quant grid trading for Custodiy (CTY) should adjust your trading strategies beforehand. Otherwise, the trades will be terminated automatically before 02:00 UTC on December 19, 2024.
4. Users unwilling to participate in our buyback after the delisting are advised to withdraw your CTY holdings as soon as possible to avoid potential losses.
5. After January 1, 2025, CTY holders on Gate.io can apply for our buyback by filling out a form. Gate.io will buy back CTY at a price of 0.675 USDT, with a maximum compensation limit of 100 USDT per user.To participate in the buyback, users must fill out the provided form between January 1, 2025, 16:00 UTC and January 8, 2025, 16:00 UTC.
