Redemption Process

After the event ends, HTX will send winners an exclusive redemption code for a Premium SafePal X1 Hardware Wallet via in-app message.

Step 1: Check your HTX in-app messages to find your exclusive redemption code. Go to the official SafePal redemption website above and enter the redemption code to verify your eligibility.

Step 2: After verification, provide an accurate shipping address and pay the shipping fee to complete the redemption process.

Redemption Period: Please redeem your prize within 30 calendar days of the event end date, which is 10:00 (UTC) on July 4, 2026. The final redemption deadline is 10:00 (UTC) on August 3, 2026. Failure to redeem by the deadline will be considered an automatic forfeiture. The redemption code will become invalid and will not be reissued.

• Only trading volume with trading fees paid is counted towards this event. Trades with zero trading fees, negative fee rates, or futures trial bonuses are not included in the volume calculation for the event.
• Shipping of the Premium SafePal X1 Hardware Wallet is subject to SafePal’s list of supported countries and regions. Users whose shipping addresses fall outside the supported regions will not be eligible to redeem rewards.

• HTX will strictly review and disqualify any participants who show any signs of fraudulent behavior, such as malicious inflation of trading volume, bulk registration of fake accounts, wash trading, and order matching.

Eligible users will receive a redemption code from HTX and will be directed to SafePal's designated redemption page. The redemption process does not require, and users should never perform, any external wallet connection, signature, transaction approval, or interaction with any smart contract. Any page requesting such actions should be treated as suspicious and reported immediately.

4. Security Warning

Users are advised to access the redemption page only through official links announced by HTX, to carefully verify all URLs, and to never disclose their private keys, seed phrases, passwords, or 2FA codes to any party. Neither HTX nor SafePal will ever request such information during the redemption process.

5. Shipping Costs, Taxes, and Related Charges

To facilitate eligibility verification and reward fulfillment, limited user information may be processed by SafePal. Users' handling of personal information on the SafePal redemption page is governed by SafePal's own privacy policy and terms of service.

8. Anti-Fraud

HTX reserves the right to disqualify any user found engaging in fraudulent activity, wash trading, multi-accounting, bot usage, or any other behavior that violates HTX's Terms of Service, and to withhold or revoke redemption codes accordingly.

9. Modification and Interpretation

HTX reserves the right to amend, suspend, or terminate this campaign, and to modify these terms, at any time without prior notice. In the event of any dispute, HTX reserves the right of final interpretation to the extent permitted by applicable law.
